Water Jet Cutting Services

A waterjet cutting machine is an industrial device used for the fabrication of flat-cut parts. Waterjet's use a highly focused nozzle to shoot water and an abrasive material into a high-pressure stream.   A  Waterjet can be used to precision cut semi-soft materials like rubber, foam, acrylic or wood, and also cut harder materials like aluminum, brass, steel, copper, and zinc sheets, without causing heat damage.

Here at Chicago Metal Supply and Fabrication, Inc, our waterjet operators are highly skilled programmers that can layout and upload the specific cutting parameters needed for your application.
